Collection and delivery

Wherever you are, or wherever the end destination for your fabrications, Premier Galvanizing can transport them for you with our large fleet of lorries.

Additional paperwork if requested

We can help you keep your records and files in order by providing you with additional copies of paperwork, such as duplicate delivery notes, invoices or certificates of conformity etc.

Bundling, packing and labelling of steel

We can bundle, pack and label your steel at your request. Let us know what your requirements are, especially if you would like us to deliver your items to the end user or get them ready for export or containerisation.

Certificates of conformity can be issued upon request and all work is carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461.

Pre-galvanizing process

Prior to any material entering the production line a pre-inspection takes place to ensure suitability for hot dip galvanizing. This inspection enables us to identify and notify you of any issues regarding the material’s suitability for galvanizing before it reaches the production line. Find out more.

Post-galvanizing process

After galvanizing has taken place items are passivated (upon request) to reduce the effects of wet storage stain and cool the material for handling.

Items will also be fettled, inspected and passed for despatch by our dedicated inspection team. Each team member has been trained to ensure all items leave the production line in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461.
